Verizon has just made it official: the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX is going to hit store shelves this week. As its name suggests, this is going to be an alternate version of the Droid RAZR with a battery almost double the size.

Motorola is launching in Taiwan the XT615 Android smartphone that measures just 9.8mm thin. The phone is boosted by a 800MHz processor with 512MB RAM and 1GB ROM, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with MOTO Switch UI 2.0 that learns who you talk to and which apps you use and keeps all of that information front and center. T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide has been launched by T-Mobile. This new Android Smartphone device has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Running Android 2.3 Gingerbread with HTC Sense 3.0 on Qualcomm’s dual-core SnapDragon MSM8260 1.2GHz processor, the phone supports T-Mobile’s HSPA+ 4G network.
