Samsung Releases Galaxy Beam Smart Projector Phone

Samsung’s Galaxy Beam Smart Projector Phone will be available in Singapore to StarHub customers from July 17. The unit will feature a built-in Texas Instruments DLP Pico Projector, which will enable you to project from your phone onto a wall. There’s also Offline and No SIM modes, Hand Writing Recognition (English and Simplified Chinese), RSS Reader, Mobile Widgets and more.

Infogadgetz.com not sure what the deal is with all these guys combining Apple tech with wood, but here’s yet another iPod/iPhone dock crafted from a tree.
This dock is finished in cedar wood and includes integrated Altec Lansing speakers. It has two USB cables as well as headphone jack. It’s compatible with all iPhones and iPods, except the iPod Shuffle.
HP Slate 500 with Windows 7 Online

The news of the official launch of the Tablet operating system-based WebOS PalmPad seemed to have overshadowed the possibility of marketing of devices using different OS on it. Instead, Hewlett Packard, HP has included Slate 500 (this is the trade name) in its list and, therefore, should not miss much at the major international markets. Even appear under six different models that, toghether by the use of Microsoft operating system, probably trying to cover different user groups.
Hewlett Packard, in fact, might have thought that the possibility for a user to choose between two operating systems, however, rather different, could be a useful diversification of the market. From a strictly technical point of view, Slate 500 HP should equip the Home Premium version of Windows 7 and has a 8.9 inch form factor. The heart of the device is represented by an Intel Atom 1.6 GHz frequency.

Gorillapod as iPad Stand

You’ve probably heard of Joby’s Gorillapod. It’s a great take on the classic tripod that doesn’t take up too much space, and works just about anywhere. Now, it turns out you can reuse your Gorillapod as an iPad stand too.
For this stand, the smallest Gorillapod for cellphones and cameras was used. The Gorillapod is sturdy enough to hold the iPad in a variety of directions. It even works in bed. Since the Gorillapod can be folded up very tightly, it makes it easy to carry one of these around wherever you go
