Often, those who buy a nettop, for example, want to enjoy, in full freedom, media, resources for which certain types of systems are optimized. But how many of you have clashed with the difficulty of controlling reproduction or management of such content? The chances are not very: to remain close to the keyboard or use an infrared remote control that fails to provide the same versatility of a traditional keyboard.
If, then, becomes useful to use a mouse, you need to have a sliding surface. Another choice could be a wireless keyboard. But its size does not make it particularly uncomfortable? To make it less frustrating sessions in front of his mediacenter, Cideko keyboard offers a “special” called Air Wireless Keyboard, equipped with control keys for the execution of resources, search keys and a directional pad handy, for example, to move in the menus.
But the two most appealing features are surely the small size (14.2 x 8.8 x 3.3 cm) and the presence of a motion detector that lets you use the keyboard as a kind of mouse, acting sull’inclinazione and about moving the keyboard.
A video filmed by his staff Notebook Italy, can enjoy the use of gem Cideko on the Asus EeePC and a common TV. Operation is simple and intuitive, and response to commands is entirely satisfactory, considering the discrete arrangement of keys and the space between them. An interesting feature that puts the Air Keyboard in standby state when not used for a certain period of time. This solution has a beneficial effect on battery life (requires two AA batteries, possibly rechargeable).
The keyboard requires a USB dongle supplied for the transmission of signals (the flow rate is about 50 meters), weighs just 0.2 kg and has a structure easy to handle with a sure grip and precise. The mini-keyboard Cideko is compatible with Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and MacOS X. It ‘also provided a branded version of MSI on sale in March at a price of 79 euros.

WARNING!! Sent this to Cideko concerning issue with the Air Keyboard;
“I recently bought the cideko air keyboard and have to inform you that there is a bug present with your product. When switching left button click to the right button, the cideko randomly makes double button clicks! This does not however happen when the left button is used as a left button. Therefore, this looks as if it’s a driver issue. I have tested this on several cideko’s.”
