Kindle Available for BlackBerry

The Amazon group owes its market leadership of the ebook in the United States thanks to readers and users of Kindle, but do not forget to ramify its presence on other platforms, especially smartphones, while maintaining its format ebook owner. After the launch of a Kindle for iPhone in March 2009, which allows you to have all the features of an eBook reader on your smartphone (resume reading the last page displayed, on synchronized WhisperSync …), to Favorites almost a year later, the same application is proposed, this time for Blackberry in the United States.

Free download from the portal Blackberry App World or from the Internet, “Kindle for Blackberry” will give access to about 420,000 books in Kindle Store at a price of 9.99 U.S. dollars (or less) each. In this way, Amazon is hoping to withstand competition from companies that have only recently entered the market for electronic books (Apple).
