A vice president of Samsung’s mobile division has revealed that it will be presented tomorrow, code-named “Halo.”
Halo i8520 smartphone is a 3.7-inch screen with WVGA AMOLED display Super (larger wave of 3.3-inch), 8-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, video 720p/30fps video encoding / decoding, support for DivX and Xvid , Bluetooth 2.1, standard 3.5 mm jack, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, A-GPS, stereo speakers, 16GB of internal memory and microSD expansion slot, support DLNA, and – drum roll – a DLP integrated pico projector.
This quad-band GSM / EDGE with UMTS tri-band 900/1900/2100 will be available in the third quarter in Europe and Asia, with the possibility for the U.S. version with time.
